A low supply of towels really dampened our stay!!! The commode malfunctioned and remained unfixed, which was quite disappointing!!! It's time to invest in some new towels and ensure proper maintenance!!!

We spent 2 nights in a Queen Room, enjoying the location and newer floors. The shower had great water pressure, but the pillows were uncomfortable and the room smelled stale. For better comfort, I recommend bringing your own pillows to avoid the lumpy ones. Staff was friendly.

Exploring local eats was a blast! The Hard Rock Cafe nearby is a solid choice for rockin’ dishes, while The Apple Barn and Cider Mill delivers a delightful farm-to-table experience. Plus, my room was cozy, clean, and close to attractions, rocking that perfect Pigeon Forge vibe!
